NB Interesting that he talks about a 'force multiplier' - the same term used in the US Air Force paper I put up here years ago, about geoengineering, entitled 'Weather as a Weapon':

Indicating to me that he knows that the US, controlled as they are by the International banking interests, are in control of the weather, and use it as a weapon - something I've been documenting here for many years, but which most people still refuse to contemplate.
